Week Ending: 5/22/05

I need to just post this thing and get it over with. I’ve felt alot of resistance because I feel like I don’t really have anything that I want to put on here yet, other than the physical goals that I’ve been meeting each week. Just going to put it up and add to it as I go if necessary. Been trying to figure out a way to incorporate some of my latest reading into my success strategy… still working on that. Also planning what I hope will be some interesting posts on a couple of other subjects. Stay tuned!

Choices for this week:

  • I choose to do my Pilates video on Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
  • I choose to do push-ups on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of this week, using the following reps: 25/20/15/10/10/5/5.
  • I choose to update my acting resume
  • I choose to visit the U. Office w/updated resume

Rollovers:

  • I choose to completely eliminated the “Desktops to be sorted” folder from my firewire drive, and file / sort the contents of the remaining labeled folders.
  • I choose to completely eliminate the contents of the “Downloads to be sorted” folder on my firewire drive. Any downloads I deem valuable I will burn to disk and file.

Someday / Maybe (from previous weeks…):

  • Create photo-page for main website

Things I need to figure out how to do better:

  • Find a way to better track my finances (Quicken?)
  • Cook healthy meals for myself quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent sleep schedule that works for me.
  • Develop and maintain successful morning and evening routines.
