30 Day Check-in: New Exercise Challenge

This past Saturday was the 30th day of my New Exercise Challenge. I did pretty well the first two weeks with the “20 minutes a day” part, but the last two weeks have been mostly about walking. I stayed within my parameters so I feel like it’s been a successful challenge. Mostly what I’ve learned is how challenging it can be to stay fit. It’s so easy to let the day slip away without exercising. The last week especially I found myself taking the “path of least resistance” and walking a half mile before bed.

I’m going to give the whole “challenge” part of this a break for a while. I’ll continue to track my exercise routine here.
