  • Drink mostly water & juice
  • Eat nutritious foods that I cook myself
  • Meditate consistently
  • Maintain & nurture healthy relationships with supportive healthy people who share my values
  • Implement my evening and morning routines Monday-Thursday.
  • Sleep in my bed Monday-Sunday. (No sleeping on the couch…).
